1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the iGenli website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
iGenli provides web development, SEO, WordPress development, CRM integration, automation, and brand design services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
3. Project Proposals and Agreements
Each project begins with a detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once approved by the client, this proposal serves as the binding agreement for that project. Any changes to the scope require a written change order.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- A 50% advance is required before project work begins
- Remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery
- Monthly retainer services are billed on the 1st of each month
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for the project. iGenli retains the right to display the work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Content and Materials
The client is responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines) required for the project. iGenli is not responsible for delays caused by late or missing client content.
7. Revisions and Changes
Each proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at ₹2,000 per round. Changes to the project scope require a separate quotation.
8. Timelines and Delays
Project timelines are estimates based on the information available at the start of the project. iGenli will communicate any delays promptly. Client-side delays (late content, slow feedback) may extend the project timeline proportionally.
9. Warranties and Support
iGenli provides a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance and support are available through separate retainer agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
iGenli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical details, and client data.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
